Tropiques Dangereux

Dub as technique. Exotica as atmosphere. Dense rhythms wrapped in shadowy, off-world textures. No nostalgia, just mood.
A detailed illustration on a textured, light brown background shows two large ice cubes, a small cocktail umbrella, and a green liquid puddle—suggesting a spilled cocktail. The scene is framed by a continuous line of black ants, which form a death spiral around the central image, creating a sense of movement and trapping themselves in an endless loop. The overall style is monochromatic, with the blue liquid providing the only splash of color. TROP4: Neon End Tides / Lies Are Told About Daily Life

A vintage photograph captures a lively moment during a dolphin show. In the center, a dolphin leaps out of a turquoise pool, its nose touching a hoop held by a trainer dressed in a white naval uniform. The trainer stands on a platform with a sign reading "RÉPÉTER BLUE PERFIDIA" in bold blue and black letters. In the background, a crowd of spectators watches attentively, with palm trees visible under a clear sky, adding to the tropical atmosphere. TROP1: Blue Perfidia
